At NiMay Stone, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality handmade jewelry and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or cancel your purchase. Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.

Return Policy

1. **Eligibility for Returns:**
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. **Return Process:**
- Contact our customer service team at dokenisha1@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. **Refunds:**
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

1. **Order Cancellation:**
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any penalty.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at dokenisha1@gmail.com with your order number and request for cancellation.

2. **Post-Dispatch Cancellations:**
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may proceed with the return process once the item is delivered.

3. **Refunds for Canceled Orders:**
- For orders canceled within the eligible timeframe, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
